Dr. Coleman is amazing. Highly recommend Dr.Coleman he is so kind, personable and really has a great heart and aims for patient satisfaction. The staff however; not so much. Lack of customer service. Don’t expect a phone call back in a timely manner because that does not happen with the nursing team or the after hour call center. 5 stars for Dr. Coleman and 0 stars for staff!

Dr.Murray Butler is very professional and is very passionate about his patients. He is always willing to help and was very instrumental in getting the services I needed even when they were outside his expertise.

I have always had feet problems. My one sister has had the same problem with her feet, but not the severe high arches as I have!! I explained to Dr. Webster about my sister having the surgery she did. He stated that because I can still walk without pain or problems he recommended no surgery for me. I thank him for being truthful. He did say there maybe a time to have surgery done but not until then. Dr. Webster also stated that sometimes surgery can be worse than just dealing with my feet. I recommend Dr.Webster to all who ask.

Dr Coleman is the best doctor that I been to here in Memphis. He took the time to explain my problem with my feet. And did not rush me he answer all my question, let me tell you he is not the kind of doctor that do your treatments and just want to do nothing to solved your medical need. I hobbled in with plantar fasciitis in both feet. Dr. Herbstrith taught me proper foot stretches and exercises, got me on a foot icing regimen, recommended the perfect running shoes and recovery slippers ....she was thorough! Not only is she a great podiatrist, but she's a fount of information, and is very friendly and easy to talk with. My only regret is that I can't give her a 10 star rating!

Dr.Webster was great. Very knowledgeable and shares with you whats going on with foot as he fixes the problem. Explains things in great detail and with a very humble demeanor. Not only did he fix the toes hurting, toenail digging into skin, but also fixed that big black ugly big toenail that's looked horrible for last 7 years. Dropped a fully loaded steel tool box on it 7 years ago. Feet have never looked or felt better.
